4. Complete Internal Drainage
We ensured that all internal loculated pockets were broken down, and gently performed curettage of necrotic tissue—a crucial step to prevent recurrence and promote healing.

The cavity left behind will gradually heal over 4 to 6 weeks, supported by oral antibiotics and scheduled follow-up visits for close monitoring.
