Patient Clinical History
The patient, a young 30-year-old woman, visited Dr. Mir Asif Rehman with a history of:
• Sharp pain in the right upper abdomen
• Pain radiating toward the back and shoulder
• Episodes occurring after meals, particularly after consuming fatty foods
• Associated nausea and bloating
• 2-3 attacks since 2 months

Diagnostic & clinical examination
After clinical examination, the following tests were advised by Dr Mir Asif:
1. Abdominal Ultrasound
• Presence of solitary gallstones

2. Blood Tests
• Liver function tests: Normal
